Art Stroll’s 15th year offers feast for the eye and heart!
Looking for a beautiful, romantic weekend? Join visitors and residents of the historic Olmos Park Terrace neighborhood who have been falling in love with the art next door for fifteen years.
More than 17 artists will open their studios – and their hearts – for the 2015 Olmos Park Terrace Uptown Art Stroll. There will be plenty to see and enjoy at what promises to be the greatest show yet in the Uptown Art Stroll’s storied history – from paintings, sculpture, collage and photography to jewelry, ceramics, weaving and much, much more.
Olmos Park Terrace is home to dozens of artists. For two days each year, the one-of-a-kind treasures they produce are on display where these artists work and live. It’s a great opportunity to see some beautiful art and visit with the friendly, creative people who make the historic district so special.
The 2015 Olmos Park Terrace Uptown Art Stroll will be held Saturday, Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 8 from noon to 5 p.m. 17 resident artists and 63 guest artists will display their latest work. Looking for an unforgettable gift or that perfect piece for your wall or mantle? You’ll find it at the Uptown Art Stroll!
Olmos Park Terrace is centrally located near the Quarry Market, just south of Basse Road between McCullough and San Pedro, bounded on the south by Dora. Because the artists want to make it easy for art lovers to visit all xx locations, the Art Stroll will once again feature free pedi-cab rides between the different venues. The artists’ homes are easy to find – just look for the yellow and purple tie-dyed flags and signs out front.
